What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a space and a time where you can bring your dreams and goals and be totally accepted and supported to achieve them. It is a partnership where you can be listened to without fear of judgment, where you are called to challenge your self-imposed limitations, and where you are held to the highest vision of yourself. Life coaching is a process that validates you in every way since it calls on the manifestation of your goals through your inner resources in the manner and timing of your choosing. It is an opportunity to empower yourself to become on the outside the person you already are on the inside.

Wheel of Life

The Wheel of Life Test is a simple measure that gauges generally how fulfilled you are in the eight most important aspects of your life. Print this sheet and draw a curved line for each section numbering this satisfaction from 0 (not satisfied) at the center of the wheel and 10 (totally satisfied) at the edge of the wheel.

What shape is your wheel? Is your life moving forward or is it stuck. Where are you spending your time and energy? As a whole are you satisfied with your life? Where can you use coaching to make the biggest gains? You can undo anything that no longer works for you, or add to what already works to create a more satisfying lifestyle.
